洪強

早年先後於香港，英國，德國及瑞士研修藝術。自1995年起，一直熱衷於實驗短片及錄像創作、新媒體藝術和中國哲學及美學方面的研究。2005年，成立「燕老米的雅實驗室」（imhk lab），從事新媒體藝術研究及有關互動軟件藝術研發與應用工作。近年作品多集中討論以宗教、自然及心境體驗、哲學、山、水、墨、時、空的概念切入當代錄像及互動藝術所呈現之可能性。
其近期媒體藝術及文化研究作品剛獲頒：德國國際創新博覽會：創新作品銀獎 (2018)；DFA亞洲最具影響力設計獎 : 優異獎 (2020)；第十五屆香港藝術發展獎：香港藝術發展局藝術家年獎 (媒體藝術) (2021)；金獎：日內瓦國際發明展，瑞士 (2021) 。

HUNG Keung is an internationally renowned digital media artist, researcher, scholar and designer, who has been involved in the creative and research aspects of film, video and digital new media art around the world since 1995. HUNG graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University (92), Chinese University of Hong Kong (95) and Central Saint Martin’s College of Art and Design, London, the United Kingdom (98) with an MA in Film and Video, and finished his Ph.D. from the Planetary Collegium, Zurich University of the Arts, Zurich, Switzerland and University of Plymouth, the United Kingdom (14) respectively in the areas of experiential and theoretical research to explore the digital media, design and interactive art at the turn of the century, and proceeded to develop the technological and conceptual aspects of his series of creative practices, as well as creativity education for design and artistic disciplines.

홍창은 일찍이 홍콩, 영국, 독일, 스위스에서 예술을 연수하였다.1995년부터 실험 단편 및 비디오 창작, 뉴미디어 예술과 중국 철학과 미학 연구에 몰두해 왔다.2005년, 《연로미디아연구소》(imhk lab)를 설립하여 뉴미디어 예술 연구 및 상호작용 소프트웨어 예술 연구개발과 응용에 관한 일을 하였다.근래 작품들은 종교, 자연 및 심경 체험, 철학, 산, 물, 먹, 시, 공의 개념으로 당대의 비디오 및 인터랙티브 예술에 접목될 가능성을 다루고 있다.
